“Zoppi” enterprise was established in Priero (Province of Cuneo) in the first years ’40 with an activity of freight motor transport and wood production; then it expanded by its own transport means all over the province territory.

In the following years, through acquisition of advanced operating machineries, it was working in the sector of quarries and ground motion. The entrepreneurial activity kept up in the years ‘60 dealing with sector of tombstones and cement, where it gained little by little importance  all over the Cuneo province and the near Liguria. Activity will grow up till first years ‘90 when, along with its partner, the “Gruppo Italcementi”, it will become one of the main national realities.

At the end of years ‘80, besides consolidating in constructions sector, Zoppi enterprise began a new important activity, by bringing into use again one of the principal quarries located on Cuneo territory: “the quarry of Black Marble  of Ormea”. At the end of years ’90 the industrial unit of marble, stones and granite production, working and commerce was realised in Priero and in 2006 a new plant was started in Cuneo.

The realisation of important public and private works along with high specialisation in structural, ambiance and hydraulic engineering sector, allowed Zoppi to consolidate in the last years a remarkable experience and to confirm itself inside national reality, having to its credit a wide range of successes; all that keeping to highly competitive levels an impeccable service to Customer inside an industrial sector characterized by sudden changes. A relevant aspect of enterprise is the big range of specialisations it may offer, assuring a multidisciplinary approach in each project. That allows enterprise to apply its experience to meet Customer specific needs.
